As a Lead Finance Specialist, you will provide full business partnering financial support for GTS businesses for a subregional portfolio. You will understand and execute throughout full financial cycle including short-term pacing, mid-term/long-term rolling forecast, ledger closing, financial reporting, audit. You will increase operational visibility as well as drive business outcomes.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
· Taking ownership for consolidation and analysis of financial performance data to ensure integrity for reporting and planning
· Leading strategic planning cycle activities to share and communicate delivery time-frames with our Headquarters and cross-functional teams
· Analyzing performance and propose action plans to improve profitability and cash generation with corrective action plans
· Collaborating with cross-functional teams to build relationships and identify improvements to processes and tools, optimizing financial performance
· Shaping the adaption of digitized tools to improve and simplify planning and forecasting solutions
· Presenting financial information and reviews to leadership teams to ensure clear understanding of financial data and updates
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
· Have a Bachelor in Finance or equivalent. Have a minimum of 3 additional years of experience in FP&A Operations.
· Have good oral and written communication skills both in English and Chinese.
· Have good interpersonal and leadership skills. Have ability to influence others and lead small teams.
· Have ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
· Have effective problem identification and solution skills.
· Have proven analytical and organizational ability.
