In this role, you will impact the efficiency and security of our customers' operations by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to access control systems. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** + Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for Lenel access control systems. + Provide on-site and remote support to customers, ensuring successful implementation of our solutions. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for customer needs.
