Lead Field Inventory Compliance Analyst

What you will do-

The Lead Field Inventory Compliance Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of inventory records across systems and physical stock in compliance with company policy. This role is responsible for reviewing and recording count adjustments within ERP and involves identifying discrepancies, conducting root cause analyses, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory issues. In addition, the Lead Analyst supports consistency across the team by reviewing work for accuracy, serving as a first escalation point for inventory-related questions, and partnering closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and has a strong background in inventory management, data analysis, and ERP systems, with strong communication skills and a focus on consistency and process improvement.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Ensure ERP accurately reflects results from field inventory counts and reconciliations, review for accuracy and consistencyObtain proper approvals from all levels of management according to policy and support questions related to approval requirementsInvestigate and resolve inventory discrepancies through data analysis, system audits, and first line of communication with branch, finance, and financial compliance teamCommunicate variances and provide recommendations to sales partners and facilities managementPrepare, review and maintain documentation for monthly cycle count audits, ensuring adherence to policiesSupport internal and external auditors by gathering and providing required inventory documentation and fielding inventory questions (SME)Analyze shrink expense, providing management with commentary on variancesGenerate and analyze inventory reports to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas of improvement. I.e.. Variance Percentages, Dollar Variances, Branch / Location / Rep / Counter trends, etc.Lead process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy and controlTrack and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to inventory accuracy, shrinkage, and reconciliation timeliness and report out to leadership key stakeholdersBuild strong, cross-functional relationships as a SME to promote collaboration and problem-solving• Support/Lead projects and ad-hoc analyses as requiredTravel required to perform physical verification of process’s

What you need-

Bachelor’s degree preferred or 6 years of additional experience required in lieu of degree - required4+ years of relevant experience in medical device operations or field inventory - requiredStryker Oracle knowledge for Joint Replacement (JR) and legacy Stryker Trauma products/inventory - requiredSME on inventory cycle counting processes and audit requirementsStrong analytical skills with high problem solving and process improvement orientationProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Power BI - preferredExceptional organizational and time management skillsHighly effective communication and interpersonal abilities

$77,700.00 - $168,400.00 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

Travel Percentage: 10%
