Join us and build _your_ ambition. **ABOUT THE ROLE** The lead facilitator and instructional designer designs, develops, and facilitates corporate and compliance training. They will partner with business leaders to create employee programs that support specific learning needs and improve employee skills. The ideal candidate is an expert communicator with a passion for employee development and a proven track record of creating engaging learning experiences. **WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH** + The instructional design team will act as a center of excellence, partnering with functional leaders to provide high-quality, customized training. Our focus is on creating interactive, cost-effective content for all employees, using internal facilitation whenever possible. + Create interactive, cost-effective content for employees. + Collaborate with stakeholders in departments like Finance, Safety, Legal, HR, and Marketing to meet compliance training needs and improve the employee learning experience. + Measure the effectiveness of training content using feedback and data. + Serve as the master user for the company's LMS (Learning Management System), managing content uploads and assignments. + Create and deliver dynamic training sessions, workshops, and courses for a variety of employee audiences, both in-person and virtually. + Support and coach internal instructional designers and subject matter experts from other functions. + Conduct “train the trainer” sessions with internal experts. + Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors. + Other responsibilities as assigned **WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR** **Education:** Bachelor's degree in communications, instructional design, or a related field **Additional Education Preferred:** Master's degree in human resources, instructional design, education, business, or a related field **Field of Study Preferred:** Instructional design, education, communications, journalism, business, cognitive science, technical writing, human resources **Required Work Experience:** 3-5 years in instructional design or a similar field **Required Training/Certifications:** None required, but a professional facilitator certification is preferred (CPF, CMF, CVF) **Required Technical Skills:** + Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills. + Experience with e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems (LMSs) + Experience with facilitation on virtual platforms (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, etc.) + Preferred: Proficiency with Articulate 360 **Travel Requirements:** Up to 15% **Additional Requirements:** + Proven ability to adapt training content and delivery styles to diverse audiences and learning styles. + Ability to simplify complex concepts into digestible content + Outstanding written and verbal communication skills + Experience designing and developing e-learning, virtual, and in-classroom programs + Proven effectiveness in collaborating cross-functionally and working with executive-level leaders and subject matter experts + Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work within allocated spending limits + Strong analytical skills for assessing capability gaps, evaluating course effectiveness, and crafting solutions + Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators.
