A commitment to delivering personalized, luxury-level guest experiences while modeling professionalism and brand standards.** **Proven experience training, mentoring, and onboarding estheticians, including conducting hands-on demonstrations, service evaluations, and ongoing skills development. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of professional-grade skincare lines, ingredients, protocols, contraindications, and retail positioning. Experience driving retail sales through staff education, product knowledge, treatment pairing, and client consultation best practices.** **Qualifications** Your experience: + Current California Esthetician License issued by the California Board of Barbering and Cosmetology. + A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment. + Refined verbal communication skills. + Full-time availability up to 40 hours per week required. + Flexible schedule including Weekends and Holidays. + Ability to lift, push, pull and carry a moderate amount of weight. + Ability to stand and walk long distances for long periods of time. + Resort experience a plus. + Collaborating with spa managers to refine treatment menus, introduce new technologies, and maintain brand standards. + Managing professional inventory, monitoring product usage, ordering supplies, and ensuring equipment is functional and sanitary. They ensure treatment rooms meet California health and safety compliance standards. + Responsible for training new hires on treatment protocols and training on product lines.
