Lead Enterprise Business Planning Operations, APLA
**WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH** This role is part of our EBP Operations team within the APLA Enterprise Business Planning team. You will be working closely with Global and APLA Territory Planning partners, as well as multiple cross-functional teams such as Sport, Marketplace, Finance, Analytics, and Supply Chain Partners. **WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR** We are looking for a strategic, collaborative leader with experience in enterprise business planning, process management, and cross-functional facilitation. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, demonstrates strong analytical and executive-level communication skills, and is passionate about driving operational excellence and business results. + 6+ years of relevant work experience in business/enterprise planning, operations, or related field + Proven ability to lead and influence across functions and international teams + Experience with forecasting, process improvement, and performance management + Executive-level communication skills, with experience engaging VP-level and above + Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills + Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or related discipline (Master’s preferred). Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training **WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON** In this role, you will partner with cross-functional stakeholders, including Finance, Planning, Merchandising, Business Integration and others, to drive planning excellence, operational consistency, and adoption of EBP. Additional responsibilities include: + Lead the activation and enablement of EBP among GEO and territory stakeholders, reinforcing standardized processes and driving alignment and ownership toward plan achievement + Build and sustain the EBP ecosystem and community, facilitating forums and meetings + Ensure clarity, consistency, and transparency across all communications and deliverables + Provide visibility into progress against key workstreams, enabling awareness, accountability, and informed decision-making + Facilitate EBP Forum outcomes with clear decisions, actions, and follow-up We offer a number of accommodations to complete our interview process including screen readers, sign language interpreters, accessible and single location for in-person interviews, closed captioning, and other reasonable modifications as needed.
