We are seeking the ideal Lead Engineer - Testing to join our diverse team. **Job Responsibilities** Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. 1.Lead and plan the testing efforts for automotive software modules to ensure high-quality deliverables 2. Review, monitor and report the status and progress of the software testing activities (unit testing, integration testing, qualification testing) 3. Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on testability 4. Ensure compliance with software testing standards as per ASPICE process and FuSa ISO-26262 5. Sharing best practice and defining common practices across various projects / teams 6. Definition of test plans, test strategies, KPI and identification of test tools, HIL, software etc 7. Participate in review for test plan / test specifications / test cases to ensure adherence to quality standards 8. Manage the defect lifecycle including identification tracking and resolution of defects 9. Coordinate with global cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components 10. Provide guidance and support to team members **Background & Skills** 1.10+ yrs strong experience in manual testing and automated testing using HIL 2. Expertise in test metrics and reporting to provide clear insights into testing progress 3. Demonstrate proficiency in test and defect management ensuring timely resolution of issues 4. Experience and good understanding of Project management processes and tools 5. Strong understanding of the automotive industry, its testing requirements and processes like ASPICE and FuSa ISO 26262 6. Display strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams seamlessly 7. Ability to mentor and guide junior team members effectively 8.
