Lead Engineer - Service / Project

Job Title : SENIOR ENGINEER, SERVICE
KEY RESULT AREAS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To assist Manager to implement and execute service related projects and services.
2. To provide site support work/survey for potential service works/product sales with after sales team.
3. To supervise works and subcontractors as required.
4. To ensure documentation is complete upon work execution for billing.
5. To ensure execution of service project/works to customer satisfaction.
6. To train junior engineers and new recruits in service activities.
7. To handle customer enquiries, troubleshooting of problems and service follow-ups.
8. To assist sales team to achieve company service target.
9. Review terms and conditions in service quotation and plan for execution.
10. To adopt best practices and implement continual monitoring and improvement on HSE (Occupational Health, Safety & Environment) and Quality.
11. Support other assigned activities when needed.

KEY SELECTION CRITERIA:
Qualification:
? Diploma / Degree in Engineering or Science.
? Minimum 5 years working experience in related field.
? Preferred in offshore experience.
Skills & Knowledge: ? Language (spoken/written): English and Bahasa Malaysia. ? Computer skill: MS-Office, MS-Word, MS-Excel. ? Strong technical knowledge in engineering and Oil & Gas industrial.
Competencies:
? Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
? Willing to travel outstation with short notice.
? Ability to develop PR with client.
? Possess driving license and own transport.
