As a reliability engineer you are going to be responsible for identifying, leading, and executing activities aimed at reducing the cost of failure caused by non-productive time, performance KPIs, repair costs and personnel, and premature product/ services failures.

As a Lead Engineer - Reliability, you will be responsible for:

Participating in the engineering planning review process, especially for critical jobsFocusing on the dependability in the lifecycle management of a productIdentifying and assessing the ability of the system or component to function under stated conditions for a specified time or interval of timeRolling up the individual reliability to the system level, including systems modeling - includes estimation, prevention modeling and management of high levels of "lifetime" engineering uncertainty and risks of failureApplying root cause analysis (RCA) processes

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or scientific discipline from an accredited university or relevant industry experienceDemonstrate experience as a reliability engineerHaving strong reliability knowledge RCM PrinciplesBeing an Excel expertDemonstrate excellent leadership, strong interpersonal, influencing and planning skillsDemonstrated ability to work in a global matrix organizationAdvanced English and fluent PortugueseHave CMMS experience - SAP and/or Maximo preferredHave hands on experience in field maintenanceHave data analytics skills and RCA experienceHave experience Technical Project Management (TPM)Have knowledge of RBD/RAM analysis principlesSpeak Spanish on a professional level
