The Lead Technical AI Project Manager will be responsible for a portfolio of projects focused on Artificial Intelligence initiatives. Reporting to the AI PMO, this role will act as the primary point of reference for planning, budgeting, and delivery, ensuring alignment with requirements defined by the AI Solution Leader and the AI technical team.
The AI Project Manager will lead the execution of assigned use cases, ensuring compliance with budget, timelines, and specifications, including technical feasibility. This role will oversee the application of the AI program governance process, ensuring that all necessary steps—such as design reviews, approvals, prototypes, testing, and solution releases—are completed on schedule.

As a Lead Technical AI Project Manager you will be responsible for:
Serve as the main point of contact for AI Solution Managers and stakeholders regarding assigned projectsDemonstrate accountability for functional, business, and broader company objectivesProvide leadership and actively support technical direction for assigned organizational responsibilities and projectsDevelop and maintain an integrated project plan across all functions, including milestones, deliverables, resources, and required fundingEstablish and maintain relationships with stakeholders and internal/external interfaces to ensure requirements are understood and metLead the multifunctional team (SME, DT, suppliers, third parties) to ensure project activities are executed on time and within budgetEnsure that the AI use case process is followed according to applicable business practices, standards, and instructionsIdentify and mitigate program risks and issues with documented action plansProvide interim metrics and reports on project status, including financial aspects, risks, and opportunities, and ensure proper archiving of planning and cost documentationTo be successful in this role you will have:
Master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or equivalentMinimum of 3 years’ experience in technical roles or project/program managementProven project management skillsExperience managing technical projects and delivering AI-based solutionsStrong understanding of AI technologies and digitalization processesAbility to coordinate multifunctional teams effectivelyProblem-solving mindset to address complex challenges and implement effective solutionsGood communication and influencing skillsWorking with us
