Your mission, roles and responsibilitiesWith in Program
Study , develop in detail, validate, release and set-up the complete Production System of the program: equipment and tool interfaces, layout, process flow charts, material and information flow diagram in accordance with the Group standards and program objectives.
Ensure the achievement and FMEA of Process, Equipment and Facility.
Manage the Production Part Approval Process (including Mass Production Trial and Extended Mass Production Trial).
Manage the production launch.
Support the Production Ramp-up.
Prepare detailed plant lay-out, MIFD and update whenever requirement
With in Acquisition
Coordinate with Global team for acquisition programs.
Prepare ME files – which includes Process flow charts, Capacity calculation, MIFD, Surface estimation, Capex estimation for acquisition programs.
Create and introduce procedures regarding the tasks of his field of responsibility
Estimate packaging and logistics for acquisition programs.
People Management
Staff, train coach, assess and develop the program manufacturing team.
Support and train other networks/functions (PSE, QSE…)
Participation in the management of the expertise network (knowledge capitalization)
Skills/Competencies :
Injection molding process
Assembly line set up
Vibration and US welding process
Packaging development for automotive parts.
Detailed plant/process layout by Auto Cad
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have/be:
At least 8 to 10 years of experience in production area, including one position in Manufacturing /process Engineering
Leadership skills
Ability to interface with other functions - Networking capabilities.
International mindset
English required
Bachelors degree in Plastics/Mechanical engineering with Post Diploma in Plastics processing from CIPET.

To Approve Equipment selection.
To define and finalize complete Production system.
To validate process as per standard to ensure smooth program launch.
To define Capex and set target for plant M.E Maintenance.
