Lead Engineer - Mechanical Service Engineering

The Service Engineer for Pumps, valves and Gas system will report to PVSService Engineering leader and will be the entry point for technical queries during the installation/commissioning phase and after the Commercial Operating Date, eventually for complete life cycle of the equipment.

In this role you will be responsible for: 

Technical support to our customer or field rep for site activities on centrifugal pumps, valves and gas systems and their auxiliaries systems.

Conducting troubleshooting to solve technical problems raised by customer on their units and Plant.

Performing RCA reports on major failure occurred on units. The aim is to provide technical feedback to requisition team in order to initiate Lesson Learnt plan..

Performing feasibility study and develop tailored solution for continuous improvement of our fleet trough modifications and upgrade. Feeding inputs to application engineering for their proposals

Introducing new technologies applicable to our fleet an issue communication to all Customer to push for relevant application

Working closely with Sales Force on managing Customers needs.

Reporting to the senior leadership team, on Top issues reviews, areas of concern, areas of improvements, case resolution list
 Propose NPI ideas

Collecting Customer’s perception and improvement needs, stewarding all involved Global Services teams and facilitating internal processes to achieve and maintain Customer’s Satisfaction

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will have:

Bachelor or master degree in Engineering

3+ year experience in the industry sector and/or rotating equipment positions

Available to travel up to 15% of time even with short notice

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Fluency in written and spoken English
