The **Lead Engineer - GCC Operations** is responsible for supervising the development and implementation of technology-driven products. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, build detailed roadmaps, and ensure alignment with business goals. They tackle sophisticated business problems and intricate engineering challenge shape the technical design. **Key Responsibilities:** + Manage and monitor the finances of all team products, ensuring accuracy and compliance. + Develop and maintain financial models, budgets, and forecasts for ongoing projects. + Provide detailed financial analysis to support decision-making processes. + Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to optimize performance. + Support the creation and enhancement of the decision support system, offering insights and recommendations. + Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and controls. + Supervise key financial metrics and report regularly to senior management. + Manage relationship with procurement function + Assist in financial planning, cost control, and resource allocation for the team. **Qualifications** **Education:** Bachelor's or higher in Computer Science or similar (Engineering, Math, Physics, IT) **Experience and Skills:** **Required:** + 5+ years of proven experience in development and management of IT systems. + Strong understanding of program/project financials. + Hands-on experience with project management tools like MS Project. + Proficiency in MS Office applications, Excel, SharePoint. + Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. + Ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously and meet project timelines. + Passion for technology and innovation, with meticulous attention to detail. + Knowledge of Pharmaceutical Industry -- Clinical, Safety, Regulatory, Established Products Johnson & Johnson is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
