Mandatory Skills:

Minimum year of experience in heavy civils Concrete structures – 15+ YearsDesign and FEA Analysis of Buildings, Tunnels, pipes support structures for the plant designDesign of Seismic Qualification of machinery support structures.Experience in any of the software like ABAQUS/ANSYS/Robot etc.High level technical report writing skill and report reviewInternational code - IS, ACI, AISC, ASCE, Eurocodes and CSA Report writing skills are highly preferred.Experience in projects related to Industrial Plant/Power Plant/Oil & Gas.Specialized in Dynamic & Seismic analysis of structures with soil structures interaction.

 

You will also be expected to demonstrate the following qualities: 

Preferably Chartered Engineer or progressing towards their ChartershipStrong communication skills, written and verbal. Commercial awareness. Team working, being comfortable working in international teams. A sound understanding of structural analysis methods and structural/building design including applicable codes and standards. Able to identify the key issues/information associate with a task. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ensure projects are delivered to Atkins internal quality standards and processes and industry standards within cost schedule and quality constraints.
