Airswift is partnering with player in the renewable energy sector, to hire a Lead Mechanical and Structural Engineer. This is a unique opportunity to lead cutting-edge offshore wind projects and contribute to the future of sustainable energy.   Role Overview Lead both Mechanical and Structural Engineering teams to deliver high-quality offshore wind solutions. Manage complex offshore engineering projects from design to commissioning. Oversee offshore construction, installation, and marine operations. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors to meet project goals. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations. Apply project management methodologies for planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies. Troubleshoot technical challenges and drive timely resolutions.   Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Structural Engineering (or related field) 8–10 years of experience in offshore engineering, ideally in renewable energy Strong CAD skills (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar) Experience with offshore wind construction and marine logistics Familiarity with FOW codes and offshore industry standards Proficiency in Python and MATLAB
