We're looking for a Lead Engineer to join our growing team in HMRC East Kilbride, Queensway House, Stewartsfield Way, East Kilbride, G79 1AA, to oversee maintenance operations at a prestigious client site. What You’ll Do:

Lead and mentor a skilled team of HVAC and Electrical techniciansDeliver high-quality planned and reactive maintenanceDiagnose and fix faults to keep critical systems running smoothlyEnsure safety, compliance, and quality across all engineering activityManage CAFM data, reports, and call-out rotaMaintain strong relationships with clients and team members

What You’ll Bring:

NVQ Level 4 or higher in Engineering (or equivalent)Proven experience in building services and team leadershipStrong working knowledge of H&S and engineering standardsConfident using CAFM and Microsoft Office toolsClear communication, problem-solving, and planning skillsDriving licence required.
