Reviewing engineering and customer specifications to identify and define product requirements.
Developing 3D CAD models using CREO/IPEM and generate/review detailed fabrication and machining drawings following company and industry drafting standards.
Creating and maintaining Bills of Materials (BOMs) and ensuring all documentation is properly managed within Teamcenter.
Collaborating with Analysis and Materials teams to validate mechanical designs and ensure fitness for purpose.
Preparing documentation for design reviews, including layouts, technical presentations, and manufacturing/safety evaluations.
Supporting product and project documentation (eFAT/FAT/SIT procedures, user manuals, assembly and mobilization procedures, service manuals, etc.).
Contributing to continuous improvement through lessons learned and support Design for Manufacturing/Sourcing initiatives.
Ensuring that all engineering activities meet quality, safety, and environmental standards and follow internal processes.
Completing assigned tasks according to performance metrics (OTD, quality, yield).
