The Opportunity:
As an Enterprise Integrated Broadcast System (IBS) Lead Engineer for Customer Engagement you will have the opportunity to directly assist IBS Global Operations Leadership through interaction, collaboration, and building relationships between multiple intelligence agencies. You will engage with Military, Intelligence Community, and US Government Agencies in areas including networks, platforms, policies and security requirements to ensure high availability and dissemination of actionable perishable intelligence and operational data to support global national security operations.

Responsibilities:

Provide expertise on IBS Architecture, Policies, Methods, and Producer/User requirements to optimize engagement between Global Support Center and enterprise customersServe as Subject Matter Expert for IBS use, production, policies, and requirementsEvaluate IBS new requirements to determine value to assigned mission objectives and make recommendations to military, government, and industrial partnersAssist Customer Engagement Office to promote sharing of technical information among agencies to support a highly complex and diverse customer baseOptimize the high-level customer experience for efficient delivery of IBS productsCoordinate with combatant commands and IBS Support Office on Theater Near Real Time (NRT) dissemination requirements


Qualifications:

Required: 

Active TS/SCI w/ poly ClearanceBachelors’ degree in technical or intelligence discipline +15 years’ experience working with information dissemination systems and policiesDirect experience with IBS enterprise partners, policies, processes, and customer baseExperience with multiple intelligence formats and systemsKnowledge of assigned theater policies, organizational structures, and requirements as related to IBSStrong written and verbal communication skills Desired: Master’s degree in technical or intelligence discipline

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$109,800 - $241,600
