Anticipate guest needs and fulfill special requests to create memorable moments. Taking a lead in this area.Oversee the daily refresh and presentation of the Regency Club, ensuring a welcoming and luxurious environment.Provide expert guidance and assistance with reservations, local recommendations, and personalized itineraries.Curate and maintain a dynamic guest database, capturing preferences and history to tailor future visits and ensure seamless, high-touch service.Collaborate with the Executive Sous Chef to design and execute weekly pop-up culinary events, enhancing the guest experience through creativity and innovation.Partner with the Food & Beverage team to contribute to the development and execution of the hotel’s beverage offerings, ensuring alignment with guest preferences and brand standards.Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills to support senior leadership and elevate the Regency Club experience.Overseeing F&B Attendants who work in the Executive Lounge.
