Lead - Electronics(Security Equipments) (T1)

Routine Maintenance:

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for airport electronic systems, including CCTV, PA systems, FIDS, and access control systems.

Conduct inspections and tests to ensure proper functioning of electronic equipment.

Oversees the 24/7 Maintenance to ensure optimal customer service support is provided to all maintenance departments, airport divisions, airlines, concessionaires, and the traveling public.

Troubleshooting and Repair:

Diagnose and resolve technical issues in electronic systems, minimizing downtime.

Assist in emergency repairs and restoration of critical systems.

Safety Compliance and Reporting:

Follow all site safety protocols and actively participate in the maintenance of a safe working environment and regularly review safety requirements, ensuring personal and team compliance with established safety measures and promptly addressing any safety concerns observed on-site.

Report any safety incidents, near-misses, or potential hazards immediately to the Lead and assist with safety audits as required and support the safety-first culture by identifying and mitigating risks proactively to maintain a secure work environment for all personnel.

Maintenance Tracking and Documentation:

Assist in implementing preventive maintenance tasks by regularly inspecting systems and equipment, documenting any anomalies, and following up to ensure corrective measures are promptly addressed.

Maintain thorough records of equipment performance, breakdown occurrences, and repairs, ensuring easy access to historical data for informed decision-making and continuously track the serviceability of critical systems to uphold the target of 100% availability and reliability.

Data Collection and Efficiency Monitoring:

Track and document power and utility consumption on-site, providing detailed readings and analyses that support the project’s energy efficiency goals and identify patterns or irregularities in consumption, suggesting potential areas for improvement to optimize usage.

Implement efficiency-enhancing practices such as 5S and organize on-site resources for improved productivity and participate in continuous improvement initiatives, gathering data that informs sustainability strategies and aligns with the Lead’s efficiency targets.

Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering

Work Experience
10+ years of experience in electronics/electrical engineering with power systems up to 33 KV, HVAC up to 5010 TR, PBB, BHS, with at least 6 recent years in airport infrastructure or large-scale infrastructure projects.
