Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Electrical Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As the Lead Electrical Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of electrical engineering projects, from design to implementation, while leading a team of skilled professionals.

Manage and direct all electrical engineering activities for large-scale projectsDevelop and implement electrical system designs, ensuring compliance with local and international standardsLead and mentor a team of electrical engineers and techniciansCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met on time and within budgetConduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for electrical systemsOversee the preparation of technical specifications, drawings, and reportsEnsure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards in all electrical workLiaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure project successStay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation in electrical engineering practicesManage resource allocation and budgeting for electrical engineering projects

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required; Master's degree preferredProfessional Engineering (PE) licenseProject Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plusMinimum 10 years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership roleProven track record of managing large-scale industrial or commercial electrical projectsAdvanced knowledge of electrical systems, engineering principles, and design softwareStrong proficiency in CAD software and electrical design toolsExcellent project management skills, including budgeting and resource allocationDemonstrated leadership abilities with experience in team management and mentoringIn-depth knowledge of local and international electrical codes and standardsFamiliarity with Saudi Arabian electrical regulations and practicesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approachExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholdersAbility to make decisive decisions and provide visionary leadership in complex project environmentsWillingness to travel within Saudi Arabia as required for project sites
