You will be responsible for activities contributing to the design and development of Baker Hughes products, solutions, and control systems. Includes activities linked to technical improvement of existing products and components.
As a Lead Electrical Engineer, you will be:
Carrying out required engineering tasks/projects, according to company and international standards and procedures and providing timely communications on significant issues or developments to Project Teams and Engineering ManagementFollowing company guidelines to create, review and approve engineering parts, documentation, procedures, reports, designs and requirements documentation.Ensure the timely completion of design packages, taking responsibility for quality and safety which meets clients and industry specifications.Executing the design, analysis, or evaluation of assigned projects using sound engineering principles and adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and product / program requirementsWriting of documents / test procedures / drawings: Such as Equipment Functional Design Specifications; Equipment Design Requirement Lists; Equipment Data Sheets; Electrical Wiring diagrams and schematics; Electrical Test Procedures and Test Plans.Managing Equipment BOMs / Bills of MaterialsManaging Electrical and Electronic calculations and analyses of power consumption and electrical communicationsDesign and development of Electronic Systems, overseeing project completion, potential of site visits (including the possible of international travel - though this is not frequent)

To be successful in this role you will:
Have a degree in Engineering or a relevant experience in Engineering/Technology (Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics are nice to have)Have very good oral and written communication skills in both Polish and English languageDemonstrate detailed knowledge of relevant International & National Regulations (e.g. IEC, CE)Have knowledge and experience within engineering, risk management, EHS and QAHave experience with electronic schematics and single line diagramsHave experience with Analogue and Digital Electronic principles.Ideally have experience working on PCBA level designsIdeally have experience working with both AC and DC systemsShow experience and knowledge of electronic systems and relevant typical product designFoster a collaborative and innovative work environmentLogical thinker with good analytical and problem-solving skills. Able to investigative skills to be able to find Root Causes of design related issues and propose robust corrective actionsWork in a way that works for you
