\t\t\t\t\tProjects: Whitley works on a very wide variety of projects across the US. They work on about any project besides single-family residential. Please review their website to see recent projects in commercial and industrial fields. They work with wood, steel framed, and concrete block buildings so there is a variety in the materials as well as the buildings. They self-perform 90-95% of construction on their buildings, they do not do foundations, and design in the Structural, MEP and Architectural elements of the buildings. Day-to-Day: The day-to-day for this role will involve receiving drawings from their client (could be a napkin sketch up to the foundation plans and some architecture drawings) and then creating the modular designs for the construction documents. These documents are then sent to the client for review and then any adjustments made, if needed. Then they will take the construction documents to the construction team and help send or prepare any documentation needed for code approvals from state entities (the work is in different states. The project then moves into construction and this individual will help as needed if there are any questions. This person can go next door to the shop to help with questions if needed.Responsibilities:* Create full, working, plan sets for commercial modular construction, customer, and state approval in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment** 99% of their designs are done in Revit* Interact professionally with customers, co-workers, and state agencies* Assist with shop drawings review as needed* Apply ICC Building code knowledge to ensure all designs are accurate and to code

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $83200.00/yr.
