Drafter/Designer – Modular Commercial Buildings

Location: Onsite | Leola, PA

Compensation: $62,400 – $83,200 annually

Join a nationally recognized construction firm with a strong portfolio of commercial and industrial projects across the U.S. Specializing in modular construction, the company self-performs nearly all phases—from structural and MEP to architectural design—excluding foundations.

Key Responsibilities

Convert sketches and partial designs into full construction documents using RevitPartner with clients and design teams to refine concepts and align with project goalsSupport documentation for code approvals and coordinate with construction staffAssist shop teams by clarifying designs and reviewing drawingsEnsure compliance with ICC building codes

Qualifications

Advanced proficiency in Revit (used for the majority of design work)Experience in drafting, construction design, and technical documentationStrong understanding of building codes and modular constructionExcellent collaboration and communication skills

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $83200.00/yr.
