Lead Discipline Engineer – Surface Facility (Process)

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Key Responsibilities Lead the process engineering discipline for surface facilities across all project phases. Provide technical leadership and coordination with multi-discipline teams. Ensure engineering deliverables meet project specifications, codes, and standards. Interface with client representatives, vendors, and subcontractors. Support design reviews, HAZOPs, and risk assessments. Mentor junior engineers and ensure knowledge transfer. Requirements Minimum 15 years of Oil & Gas experience, with at least 5 years in a lead or managerial role. Proven experience in deepwater development and floating facilities (FPSO, FPU, FLNG, FSO). Experience with subsea systems in water depths greater than 400 meters. Strong knowledge of process engineering principles, safety standards, and regulatory compliance. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
