Job Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned Lead Electrical Engineer to lead the electrical discipline for FPSO surface facility projects in an EPC environment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years of experience, with a strong background in full-cycle FPSO projects from FEED through detailed design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and offshore integration.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the electrical engineering scope for FPSO surface facilities throughout the EPC lifecycle. Oversee the development of electrical deliverables including power generation and distribution systems, load lists, single-line diagrams, cable routing, and hazardous area classification. Ensure compliance with international codes and standards (IEC, IEEE, API, ABS, DNV) and client specifications. Coordinate with multi-discipline teams (process, mechanical, instrumentation, structural) to ensure integrated and optimized designs. Interface with clients, vendors, and classification societies to resolve technical issues and ensure alignment with project requirements. Lead technical reviews, HAZOPs, FATs, and participate in constructability and operability assessments. Provide technical leadership during procurement, including vendor selection, technical bid evaluations, and document reviews. Support construction and commissioning teams with technical guidance, site queries, and punch list resolution. Mentor junior engineers and ensure quality and consistency across all electrical deliverables. Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of engineering outputs within budget and schedule. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering Minimum 12 years of experience in electrical engineering, with significant experience in FPSO EPC projects. Proven leadership in delivering full-cycle offshore projects, including topside integration and commissioning. Strong knowledge of offshore electrical systems including power generation, MCCs, UPS, ESD systems, and Ex-rated equipment. Proficient in engineering tools such as ETAP, SKM, AutoCAD, SmartPlant Electrical, and Navisworks. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
