Duration: 3 years Role Summary:
As the Lead Discipline Engineer – Subsea (Flow Assurance), you will lead the flow assurance engineering scope across all projects. You will be responsible for ensuring robust design and analysis of subsea production systems, managing hydrate, wax, and slugging risks, and integrating flow assurance with subsea and FPSO systems. Key Responsibilities: Lead and deliver flow assurance studies (steady-state and transient) using tools such as OLGA, PIPESIM, or LedaFlow. Analyze and mitigate flow assurance risks including hydrate formation, wax deposition, and severe slugging. Collaborate with subsea, process, and facilities teams to ensure integrated system design. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers. Review and approve technical deliverables and ensure alignment with client and industry standards. Support project planning, execution, and interface management across disciplines. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Subsea Engineering. Minimum 15 years of Oil & Gas experience, with at least 5 years in a lead or managerial role on: Deepwater developments (>400m water depth) Floating facilities (FPSO/FPU/FLNG/FSO) Subsea production systems Strong expertise in flow assurance modeling and subsea system integration. Familiarity with international standards (API, ISO, DNV) and PTTEP specifications is a plus. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
