Purpose of the job
Manage digital payments reporting and analytics in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.

Duties and responsibilities

Conduct the ongoing business reporting and analytics activities for Orange Cash. Work closely with the internal teams for developing and extracting the needed reports and dashboards. Provide and establish new innovative and forecasting dashboards for identifying trends and opportunities for supporting the business. Engage with all Orange Cash business streams to provide ongoing analytics and support in driving business decisions. Translate complex datasets into strategic insights through visualizing results and providing recommendations. Conduct ongoing reporting to external stakeholders and regulators. Understand the market needs, articulate the business requirements and engage with relevant stakeholders; adding value to Orange Cash business management.

Job specification

Education

Bachelor's degree from a well-recognized university in one of the following fields: Bachelor of Business, Engineering or Computer Science.

Experience

1-2 years' experience in business analytics; telecom background is a must. SQL, Tableau, advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Skills and abilities

Fluent English and Arabic is a must. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple concurrent tasks. Excellent presentation skills.
