The Lead Engineer - DevOps for HemoCue is responsible for setting up and maintaining the cloud infrastructure for HemoCue products.

This position is part of the R&D team of HemoCue located in Bangalore and will be fully on-site. At HemoCue, our vision is to do things easier, to do things better, and to do them right.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Launch and Deploy Cloud Infrastructure. Automate the deployment of infrastructure using tools like Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or similarCollaborate with development teams to define infrastructure requirements and ensure smooth deployment of applicationsMonitor, Maintain and Optimize InfrastructureDevelop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) scripts and templates to automate infrastructure provisioning and management

The essential requirements of the job include:

Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google CloudProficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, AWS CloudFormation etcSolid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and related tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell)Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)Experience in medical devices domainCybersecurity
