Skills & Experience:Lead Developer with 7+ years of experience, including a minimum of 3 years working in environments leveraging web technologies such as Angular.Strong hands-on expertise in C# with a solid grasp of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and clean code principles.Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD), ensuring high-quality and maintainable code.Practical knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, along with an understanding of web security concepts, including authentication mechanisms.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and core DevOps practices for streamlined delivery and operations.Proficient in using version control systems like Git or TFS for source code management.Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical abilities, with a proactive approach to tackling complex technical issues.Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Experience with Teamplay Edge is a plus (applicable for internal job postings only).
