Job Description Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end development for mission-critical web/app features using React & React Native and JavaScript, • Design and implement secure JavaScript APIs (Node.js) and Python services; define API contracts and observability. • Own integration patterns with enterprise platforms (CRM, marketing tech, content, payments). • Drive incremental modernization of legacy applications while maintaining reliable interoperability. • Champion automated testing, code reviews, and CI/CD to ensure consistent, high-quality releases. • Architect and operate solutions on Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, API Management, Storage, Key Vault) and AWS. • Partner with data engineering to enable analytics pipelines on Databricks or Snowflake. • Work closely with Product, Design, QA, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and plan releases. • Mentor and unblock engineers; model best practices and drive continuous improvement. • Enforce secure development principles and performance/availability targets. Skills and Requirements Requirements • React: Production-grade SPA development; component architecture; accessibility; performance tuning. • JavaScript / TypeScript (front-end & APIs): Modern tooling, testing, patterns, and secure API design. • Python: Building services/APIs, automation, and data processing. • Microsoft Azure: Hands-on experience deploying and operating applications/services. • Databricks or Snowflake familiarity: Collaborating with data engineering and enabling analytics features. • API design & integration: RESTful principles, authentication, schema versioning, and documentation. • Proven experience as a senior/lead developer shipping customer-facing products at scale. • Experience with Agile environments and CI/CD practices. Preferred Plus Qualifications • TypeScript across the stack; design systems and component libraries. • Experience with event-driven patterns and API gateways. • Exposure to data governance, security best practices, and privacy-by-design. • Experience aligning technical solutions to business KPIs and cost efficiency in Azure. • TypeScript front-end best practices.
