Lead Data Scientist / Data Science Manager

Are you ready to lead a high-performing Data Science team and drive innovation across a diverse portfolio of projects? We’re looking for a Lead Data Scientist / Data Science Manager (grade depending on your experience and skills) with a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and a passion for cutting-edge AI technologies to join our growing team.

What will you be doing?

Leading and mentoring a team of data scientists, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning

Overseeing a portfolio of data science projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely delivery

Ensuring best practices in model development, validation, and deployment

Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions

Driving the adoption of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) in AI project execution

Monitoring, evaluating, and optimizing model performance, ensuring adherence to best practices and ethical standards

What we're looking for?

Must have:

Approx. 5+ years’ experience in Data Science

Advanced proficiency in Python

Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills

Ability to think strategically and creatively, with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Preferably:

Proven experience in leading data science teams and managing complex projects

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)

Deep understanding of ML techniques, including GenAI solutions

Practical knowledge of deploying ML solutions in cloud environments
