We are looking for a skilled Lead Data Scientist to lead a team of Data Scientists & Data Engineers & BI/BA Professionals. The ideal candidate will apply data science principles and lead initiatives, even in uncharted areas. Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and other data science tools and techniques is essential, as these skills will be critical in handling data analysis, modelling, and implementation tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Work under limited supervision on assigned tasks or portions of projects to meet objectives.Provide leadership and some individual contribution to key data science projects/experiments of moderate to large scope and complexity with high impact on the business.Recommend solutions to a wide range of difficult problems through design and execution of data science research.Partner cross-functionally to identify, experiment, and collaborate on novel approaches to data science solutions.Qualifications
Degree or advanced degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field, with 8+ years of related experienceStrong understanding and application of data science principles and methods.Competencies:

The Lead Data Scientist will normally report to the Director or a more senior technical leader.
