We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Lead Consultant Specialist

In this role you will:

Leadership and Management: Mentor a team of data engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional growth. Foster a collaborative and innovative team environmentData Platform Strategy: Develop and implement the data platform strategy aligned with the organization's objectives.Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance the data platform capabilities.Manage data integration processes, including ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines, to ensure seamless data flow across systems.Optimize data ingestion and processing workflows for efficiency and performance.Data Quality and Governance: Implement data quality standards and governance policies to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security.Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders, to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
