Job Description Insight Global is hiring a Lead Data Developer for a fortune 500 company to design, build, and maintain data infrastructure. This role includes managing a small team (12 people) and requires strong leadership and hands-on technical expertise. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, along with experience in ETL processes, data architecture design, database maintenance, and tools like SQL, Tableau, and Alteryx. This role has two key components: First, optimizing and troubleshooting existing workflows to ensure efficiency and reliability. Second, developing new workflows, building ETL processes, creating data tables, and collaborating cross-functionally with BI teams to support data-driven initiatives.
