This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between functional process experts, technical migration teams, and local business units. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP Sales & Distribution, hands-on experience with data migration tools, and a strong understanding of global project environments. If you are passionate about driving data excellence in SAP S/4HANA implementations and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced setting, we invite you to be part of our digital transformation journey. **Job Responsibilities** + Act as a key member of the global data migration team, supporting SAP SD-related data activities. + Serve as the liaison between functional experts, technical teams, and local business stakeholders. + Drive the design and improvement of data objects in collaboration with domain SPOCs. + Participate in release preparation, data handover, and cleansing coordination. + Conduct kickoff meetings and workshops during release phases to analyze systems and data. + Define scope, lead functional data design, and deliver field mapping documentation. + Support unit testing, data load cycles, and validation for assigned data objects. + Manage and resolve data-related incidents and issues during project execution. + Facilitate go-live activities for assigned releases and ensure data readiness. + Collaborate effectively in a global matrix environment with on-site and offshore teams. **Background & Skills** + Master’s or Engineering degree with strong end-to-end business process knowledge. + 8+ years of SAP consulting experience in SD implementation or 4+ years in SD data migration. + Proven experience in SAP ERP projects, including at least one SAP S/4HANA implementation. + Hands-on expertise with SAP data migration tools such as BODS, LSMW, and Migration Cockpit. + In-depth knowledge of SD flows: third-party orders, intercompany, consignment, rebates, etc. + Familiarity with S/4HANA SD features: pricing, tax, settlement, business partner, credit mgmt. + Experience with EDI integration, IDOCs, variant configuration, and finance-materials linkage. + Strong cross-functional understanding of Finance, CRM, MM, PP, and FICO integration points. + Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. + Willingness to travel internationally for training and project engagements. **Danfoss – Engineering Tomorrow** At Danfoss, we are engineering solutions that allow the world to use resources in smarter ways - driving the sustainable transformation of tomorrow.
