Lead Data Architect
About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivatedLeadData Architectto join our team and help build scalable, reliable, and efficient data infrastructure. This role will be instrumental in supporting our Measurement Product and Engineering teams by designing and maintaining data pipelines, optimizing data storage, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain robust data pipelines usingAirflowandCloud Functionsto meet evolving business requirements.Optimize and managetable schemas,views, andqueriesin our data warehouse and databases for performance and scalability.Conductad-hoc analysesto troubleshoot data-related issues and provide actionable insights into product and feature usage.Document data architecture, integration processes, and pipeline designs to ensure clarity and maintainability across teams.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advise ondata best practicesfor new product development.Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and technical excellence.Must-Have QualificationsProven experience withdata orchestration toolssuch asAirflow,CRON, orPrefect, including dependency mapping.Strong skills indata analysis,data modeling, andschema design.Proficiency inPython,SQL, andshell scripting.Experience working withAPIs,SFTP, andcloud storageplatforms likeGoogle Cloud Storage (GCS)orAmazon S3.Excellentanalytical problem-solvingskills, including the ability to interpret application logs and debug data issues.Familiarity withcloud computing platforms, preferablyGoogle Cloud Platform (GCP).Nice-to-Have SkillsExperience withJavaScriptfor data-related integrations or tooling.Hands-on experience withAirflowin production environments.Exposure toproducer/consumermessaging systems (e.g., Kafka, Pub/Sub).

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $100,600.00 - $280,200.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
