Are you ready to shape the backbone of data-driven innovation?
As our Lead Data Architect, you’ll design and drive the technical strategy for our enterprise data architecture, uniting diverse data sets and enabling advanced AI/ML use cases. You’ll work across domains, teams and technologies, advising senior leaders and guiding projects that unlock real business value.

Location: Please note that qualified candidates need to be legally eligible for work authorization in Switzerland. 

Your new responsibilities

Design, communicate and drive technical data architecture strategies that create business value Integrate diverse data sources to enable AI/ML activities Advice senior management regarding data foundations and architecture best practices  Conduct feasibility studies and recommend the adoption of appropriate data technologies and solutions Lead innovation through Proof of Concepts and provide clear, documented guidelines Act as an expert for Data architecture to coach and advise the different data teams in SI B Align and engage stakeholders (such as internal teams, external vendors and contractors) to ensure buy-in and smooth delivery of key initiatives and projects

Your talents and experience

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or a related field At least 5 years of experience in enterprise data architecture and product development Hands-on experience across multiple data domains, including SQL, NoSQL, ETL, Data lakes, Data Warehouses, Data Fabric Developer experience with Python and solid understanding of federated vs centralized data architectures Ability to influence, build data management practices and solve complex data challenges Ideally: Experience with AWS, Collibra and/or SnowflakeFluent in English, written and spoken
