Lead Data Analysis

Job Description:

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.

Our goal is to help over 1,000 R&D teams at AT&T continuously improve as they develop digital products for tens of millions of customers. Our team oversees numerous business KPIs and utilizes cutting-edge tools and strategies.

Responsibilities:

Analyze and explore large, complex data sets representing key business drivers, trends, and operational metrics.

Collaborate with data engineers to aggregate and clean large data sets.

Conceptualize, create, automate, and maintain dashboards for tracking key metrics and experiments.

Proactively provide meaningful insights and recommendations to the business that drive decision-making.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Data Engineer, or Data Scientist (required)

Experience defining and monitoring business KPIs (required)

Proficiency in SQL (required)

Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Adobe, Quantum Metrics, Snowsight) (required)

At least 1.5 years of experience working with clickstream data (required)

Strong communication and storytelling skills (required)

Excellent English (required)

Familiarity with Python and machine learning (an advantage)

BSc/BA in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Economics (an advantage)

Experience with personalization tools and reporting (an advantage)

Experience with AT&T data (an advantage)

Our Lead Data Analysis earns between $116,700-$175,100 USD Annual, Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
