As a Lead Cyber Security Architect/Engineer at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in leading the design, development, and implementation of cyber security projects. You will provide technical guidance to the project team while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure a smooth integration of new initiatives. Your expertise will be instrumental in protecting critical assets and information across industries, ensuring the security and resilience of businesses worldwide. Key Responsibilities + Provide technical guidance and mentorship to support project team members + Oversee the execution of cybersecurity initiatives and projects + Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope + Conduct regular security assessments and risk analyses + Identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies + Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations + Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and address security requirements + Lead the response to security incidents promptly and decisively + Contribute to the creation of security awareness materials for the organization YOU MUST HAVE + 6+ years of experience in a lead cyber security role + In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity technologies, frameworks, and best practices + Excellent communication and ability to convey complex technical concepts to stakeholders + Ability to lead direct and indirect reports by influence WE VALUE + Bachelor’s degree or higher in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or another related field + Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC are highly desirable + Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing cybersecurity teams + Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Honeywell helps organizations solve the world's most complex challenges in automation, the future of aviation and energy transition.
