**About the Role**
As a **Lead Customer Service Representative** , you’ll play a key role in supporting our customer service team while ensuring we deliver exceptional service to our customers and communities. You’ll be the go-to person for escalated issues, team guidance, and process improvements, all while maintaining a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Lead and support a team of customer service representatives, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback.
+ Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve complex service issues with professionalism and care.
+ Monitor daily operations to ensure timely and accurate processing of service requests, payments, and account updates.
+ Collaborate with internal departments and field teams to ensure service excellence and operational efficiency.
+ Identify opportunities for process improvement and assist in implementing best practices across the team.
**What We’re Looking For**
+ **2+ years** of high-volume customer service experience.
+ **1+ year** of experience in a customer service leadership or supervisory role.
+ Proficiency in **Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook** .
+ Strong communication skills—both verbal and written.
+ A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others succeed.
