Lead Customer Service Associate

JOB DESCRIPTION

Coordinate with a team of customer service representatives to ensure all customer needs and expectations are met. You will oversee the response to inbound customer requests regarding order inquiry as to ship dates, problems, order changes, price lists, repairs, and RMA's. You will communicate with other departments such as Purchasing, Technical Support, Logistics, Manufacturing, Branch Managers, Regional Sales Managers, Product Managers, etc., to resolve customer issues. You will process and follow orders including order entry, expediting orders, change orders, returns, monitoring order status and resolving discrepancies. You will act as a change agent and look for ways to improve Customer Care processes.

JOB ACTIVTIES

Order Processing. Order Follow up. Manage any type of order inquiry Provide calls to customers, branches, and vendors. Work inbound emails daily Fulfilment of customer order reports. Delivers highest quality of customer service to ADI customers, branches, and vendors.  Must be able to function in a team environment and be able to effectively communicate with other team members and Supervision. Must be self-motivated and willing to cross-train and assist in other areas as required.  

YOU MUST HAVE

1 year at minimum of experience Order Support Effective and collaborative communication and writing skills Strong customer service, organization, and multi-tasking abilities Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and Salesforce  English advanced spoken and written  Position located in Querétaro

Possible working hours for the position:

6:00am a 3:30pm 7:00am a 4:30pm 8:00am a 5:30pm 9:00am a 6:30pm 10:00am a 7:30pm
