Lead Customer Experience Specialist with German (2 years)

The Customer Experience Professional Supports service and projects organization by processing work packages / managing requests in a timely and correct manner. **Location & Work Schedule** Location: 3 George Constantinescu / Bucharest, 020339 Work Schedule: 3 days onsite at office /2 days’ work from home - (Must be able to work in the office 3 days a week, full remote is not an option) **Responsibilities** + Processes a wide variety of maintenance related activities between Honeywell and customers: records, changes in the list of equipment or obligations covered by the contract (escalations), cancellations, re-registrations + RQB - reactive quoted: creation, re-creation, additions and deductions. + Filters and signals the incomplete or wrong requests it receives, insists on quality observation (Obtain additional clarifications, missing documents / information where needed in time) + Creating project structures, always considering the need for different cost allocations (including changes, creation of new activities, and the "finalized" technical setting), according to the documented customer requirements + Processes changes in project structures or orders, depending on the requests received + Handles customer configuration requests (creating, modifying, extending and creating links + Fulfills the role of a "quality controller" in a constant and proactive way filters and signals the incomplete or wrong requests it receives, insists on quality observation (Obtain additional clarifications, missing documents / information where needed) + Initiates, gets approvals (if necessary) and completes billing related to contracts, reactive quoted, projects (full or partial billing); + Analyzes and takes the necessary steps to resolve customer disputes (credits and re-invoice) + Investigates and resolves the interface errors that may occur in the system, works to prevent them from occurring, and addresses root causes. + Initiates, get approvals (if necessary) and completes billing activities related to T&M - time and materials repairs + Process standard parts requests and other associated tasks (changes in material settings, extensions, replacements) + Perform business reporting based on business requirements + Used programs: SAP, NEX Salesforce. **Key skills and qualifications:** + University degree + Deep Customer Service understanding and customer centric attitude + Business German fluent, in written and spoken English + Very good knowledge of MS office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) + High level of emotional intelligence, critical thinking **We offer:** + **​** Competitive Salary regularly increased based on your performance + Enjoy 25 vacation days per year, plus extra days off for life's special events + We provide meal vouchers + Flexible benefits basket with monthly budget allocated (top up medical insurance, life insurance, pension, vacation/ cultural/ fuel vouchers) + Medical Insurance Plan paid by the company + Christmas and Easter bonuses + Recognition & referral bonus programs + Comprehensive induction, ongoing training and development to set you up for success + In-house and external learning platforms (Udemy) to continue to expand your skills + Work experience opportunities to help you grow your career with us + Global employee networks to help you connect and grow + Employee Assistance Program - Free and confidential service to help with any difficulties regarding work, life and personal or family matters + In case of unfortunate events, we support you by offering you free days and financial support (handled on a case by case basis) or Family financial aids + Access Integrity line - Any workplace issues or violations that need to be raised in good faith, can be communicated in a safe, private and confidential environment + Your family is growing while working at Honeywell?
