Lead Customer Experience Specialist with French

Key Responsibilities + Understand customer needs and expectations to deliver exceptional customer experiences + Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner + Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement strategies for improving the customer journey + Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement + Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures + Train and mentor customer service representatives to ensure highquality service delivery + Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and implement initiatives to drive improvement + Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in customer experience YOU MUST HAVE + 5+ years of experience in customer experience or related roles. + Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret customer feedback. WE VALUE + Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. + Experience in developing and implementing customer experience strategies. + Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. + Proficiency in using customer experience management tools and software. + Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance.
