Short DescriptionThe Lead CCT will work in collaboration with the unit leadership to promote a positive work environment by facilitating teamwork, coordinated patient care, unit initiatives and projects for non-licensed personal.
OverviewPavilion 9 is a 30-bed cardiac medical/surgical and cardiac intermediate unit. Pavilion 9 staff care for complex cardiac patients including cardiac surgery patients, structural heart (TAVR), cardiac catheterization/coronary angioplasty, heart failure and other various cardiac processes.
The Pavilion 9 nurses receive specialized training to care for our cardiac surgery populations.
Experience Required1-2 years’ experience required.
Education RequirementsHigh School/GED required.
License/Certification Requirements AHA Basic Life Support certification required.Successful completion of an unlicensed health care provider/ technician program required.Completed at least one fundamental nursing course in an accredited Nursing Program required.1 year or more patient care experience in a similar role required.
Special RequirementsFull time days, 36 hours a week
hours: 7a-7:30p with weekend/holiday rotation
