Job Description
The Lead Cost Manager is responsible for overseeing all cost-related activities across multiple projects, ensuring financial targets and budgets are consistently met. This role provides strategic financial leadership and insights to enhance cost efficiency and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Job Responsibilities Lead and manage cost control functions across various projects, ensuring alignment with financial goals. Oversee cost estimation, budgeting, and financial analysis to support project delivery within approved budgets. Collaborate closely with project managers, finance teams, and senior leadership to provide financial guidance and drive cost optimization. Monitor project expenditures, identify variances, and implement corrective actions as needed. Support the development and implementation of cost management tools and reporting systems. Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline. Professional certifications such as CPA, PMP, CCE, or AACE are considered an advantage. 7–10 years of experience in cost control, with at least 3 years in a lead role Prior experience in FPSO project
