**What you will do** + Ensure communication with PA team and Marketing/Events + Maintain understanding of relevant regulations and laws, including MedTech Code + Collaborate in process improvement projects + Regular review of processes to ensure updates to any regulations, compliance policies are updated. + Regular meetings with the Manager and PA Team to ensure workload is even and capacity used effectively. + CNF Consultant Profile creation in the compliance tool for Southern EU PA - All Divisions + Collaboration for HCP Contract Process in creating the Contract Form for all SE contracts all Divisions + Faculty Service invoices paying process and vendors creations management working with the SE PA Team, Invoicing Team for all consultants all divisions Southern Europe + Interacting and advising business units on compliant HCP Consultant activities **What you need** **Education** _Essential_ : + College equivalent qualifications _Desired:_ + Bachelor’s Degree desired but not essential **Experience** _Essential:_ + New graduate or 1-2 years relevant experience _Desirable_ + Fluent and skilled in local language as well as Spanish and English + Work experience in a Medical Device/Pharmaceutical company + Knowledge of MedTech Europe Compliance + Sound excel knowledge **Competencies & Behaviors** + Highly organized + Ability to multitask + Processed focused + Strong interpersonal Skills + Strong communication skills (written & verbal) at all levels + Ability to manage professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders + Hard working and flexible Pay rate will not be below any applicable local minimum wage rates.
