Job Description
We're looking for an Oracle EBS HCM Recruitment & Learning Functional Consultant to Support Recruitment & Learning modules for UK public sector clients. You'll need expert knowledge of UK Recruitment processes and proven experience with Oracle Global Recruitment/Learning EBS, guiding projects through the SDLC and translating complex solutions for diverse audiences.
Your role
As an Oracle EBS HCM Consultant, you'll be instrumental in providing impactful solutions to our clients. Your focus will be on the implementation and ongoing support of Oracle EBS HCM modules, specifically UK Recruitment and Learning for the UK public sector.
You'll need a deep understanding of all UK Recruitment, Pension, and Learning processes, backed by practical experience with Oracle Global Recruitment/Learning EBS in the UK public sector. You'll also lead client engagements, discussing integrations, data migrations, and reporting across relevant modules. A key part of your role is translating complex technical solutions into clear insights for diverse audiences, from technical teams to senior management. You'll guide projects through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring smooth delivery and top system performance.
Responsibilities:Lead and execute the implementation of Oracle EBS HCM, specifically focusing on UK Recruitment & Learning modules for UK clients.Demonstrate expert proficiency in all aspects of UK Recruitment, Pension, and Learning processes.Apply hands-on experience in Oracle Global Recruitment/Learning EBS, particularly within the UK Public sector.Communicate effectively with others Lead and assists in troubleshooting and resolving functional problems.Should be well versed in Support process & ensures complete ownershipResolve the tickets within the SLAObtain transition from incumbent vendorUtilize extensive knowledge of HCM technical tools, including HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulas, and Recruitment Batch Loader.Effectively discuss complex technology solutions to diverse audiences, including technical, business, and management teams, walkthrough of Business Process Specification documents, Configuration Workbooks, Testing, Change RequestsLead customer discussions pertaining to integrations, data migrations, and reports related to Recruitment, Learning and other relevant modules Apply comprehensive knowledge and experience across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including Conference Room pilots (CRPs)/Playback sessions, training content preparation and imparting Training
Required:Should have a minimum of 12+ years of experience in implementation of Oracle EBS HCM for Recruitment modules for UKCandidate should be proficient in all the UK Recruitment, Pension and Learning ProcessesHands-on experience in working on Oracle Global Recruitment/Learning EBS for UK Public sector clientsKnowledgeable on HCM technical tools including HCM Data loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulae, Recruitment batch loader.Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teamsAbility to lead the discussions with the customer teams for integrations, Tickets and reports related to Recruitment and Learning and other modulesKnowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecyclePreparation of Status reports with RAG, highlighting risks and mitigations and maintaining RAID logPreferredShould be an excellent planner when it comes to perform release planning and other delivery planning. Should have excellent problem-solving skills Responsible for Coaching and mentoring team members with experience of managing 5+ team membersExperience with Lean / Agile development methodologies
