Job Accountabilities:
Work with cross functional team to build product assortments plan that align with brand vision, market trends, and commercial objectives. Be responsible on data-driven assortment plans, optimizing product mix, pricing, and inventory across CFOPs to maximize sales, margin, and customer engagement of specific concept/doors.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the concept/Store level RSU driven assortment plans cross CFOP based on seasonal product strategy, concept growth direction, and historical performance.Partner with cross functional team to ensure seasonal buy plan meeting merchandise financial plan; reflecting merchandise strategy; supporting seasonal marketing stories Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitive landscapes to identify assortment opportunities and risks. Plan cross season assortment/inventory flow (new launches, replenishment, exit strategies) to minimize markdowns and maximize full-price sell-through.Develop and standardize concept/store level assortment planning tools, frameworks, and reporting metrics.Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business, finance or Data Analytics. 7+ years in merchandising, assortment planning, retail planning; 2+ years in managerial role. Experience in multi-channel retail (e-commerce, brick-and-mortar, wholesale).Strong business/ retail industry acument (weeks of supply, sell-through analysis). . Strong cross functional alignment and influencing skills Fluent in English & Mandarin (spoken & written)Advanced knowledge of MS office applications (Excel and PPT)
