Boeing India is currently seeking a “Lead Computing Architect - ServiceNow” to join the Global Service Engagement Platform (GSEP).

Position Responsibilities: 

Defines requirements and designs and verifies robust architecture, data and information management systems and components. Establishes design constraints and ensures architecture conforms to requirements. Incorporates architecture functions into software development lifecycle. Leads the development and configuration management of architecture views and models. Assesses of feasibility of architecture solutions and alternatives.Evaluates products to assess suitability for integration into delivery system environments. Drafts data and information management products and service standards. Assess impact of architectural decisions to product lifecycle. Contributes to architecture and data/information management standards and strategies.Development and Design within the GSEP program using ServiceNow platform capabilities including: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and DevOpsProvide technical design and implementation solutions to a wide range of technical problemsAnalyze and document current state process, data and system architecture.Define and document future state process, data and system architecture.  This includes assessing feasibility of architectural alternatives, impact to the production solution and documenting recommendations.Ensure current and future state architecture conforms with policy and business constraints and applies ServiceNow best practices.Identify, recommend, and implement development standardsAligns ServiceNow platform capabilities to business strategy and ServiceNow roadmapProvides architectural controls and analysis of impacts for new requirementsIdentifies opportunities to combine similar solution needsProvides leadership and participates in implementing new requirements on the ServiceNow platformContributes to governance processesStays current on ServiceNow products and applicable integrated technologiesUse Agile and Kanban best practices through Azure Dev Ops (ADO)
 

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 

A Bachelor’s degree or higher is required as a BASIC QUALIFICATIONWorking knowledge and architecture of ServiceNow platform functionality including: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, app engine Studio and DevOpsGood understanding of the CSDM framework and working knowledge of setting up and maintaining a large CMDBUnderstanding of ServiceNow architectural best practices and how they are applied to enterprise solutionsAnalytical skills: Ability to collect, organize and analyze data and patterns from internal and external stakeholders and expertsAGILE and SAFe best practicesAbility to communicate across multiple teams, service owners, and key stakeholdersDemonstrated initiative, eager to learn, adaptable, and fundamental understanding of how IT application systems are designed and operated
 

Desired: 

Experience on AI capabilities on ServiceNow Experience with Automated Testing and ValidationExperience with Azure DevOps (ADO), SAFe/ AGILE

Typical Education and Experience: 

Bachelor's degree and typically 13 - 16 years' related work experience or Master's degree with typically 12-15 years' related work experience
